Sweet Sketch Wednesday #61

Good Morning everyone!!  It's time for another great sketch challenge over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday!  I really enjoyed this sketch, it allowed for me to do something different with my card and I love love love the image that I used from this week's sponsor.  The sponsor is Di's Digi Downloads and she's offering 5 digis for the prize this week.

So here's the sketch Arlana has for us this week...

Isn't it great?  I really liked this sketch a lot.  Here's what I did with it...

Is that the sweetest image ever?  This is called Quality Time and I can't think of a better way to spend the day then hanging out with a special person doing a favorite activity together.  This image would be great for Father's Day, too.

Supplies:
Card stock:  Neenah Classic Crest
Paper:  Buggy Afternoon digi-paper (A Cherry On Top)
Copics:  B000, B00, B02, C8, C10, E33, E37, E53, E57, R11, R27, W-3, Y15, Y17, YG03,
  YG63, YR16
Embellishments:  Buttons (Michaels dollar bin)

I really should've taken more pictures, but this card is a double gate-fold, where the first panel opens left to right and then the middle panel opens up right to left.  I really love how the clouds are peeking out above the middle panel.

I hope you join us this week - head on over to the SSW blog to find out how and to see what other wonderful creations the design team has to share with you.

Melissa, this is a darling card! I love the blues and those buttons are too cute! The image is so sweet and you did a great job. It actually made me think of my dad and the one on one times that I got to spend with him, although fishing wasn't a favorite of mine. :-) What a cute card!

Hello Melissa, This is such a sweet card and yes it does bring back memories of fishing with Dad. I remember him letting me catch everyone's limit for myself! I was only five! You really made this image come alive. I love your cloud paper and the way you colored your image up! Fabulous job!
