Tuesday Morning Sketches #259

Good Morning TMS Friends!  I am so happy that Tuesday is here because I really love this week's sketch and I can't wait to show you the card I created with it.  This week's sponsor is DRS Designs - LOVE THEM!

I played with a stamp called Butterfly on Eggs, but this one happens to be the digital version.  I love digis, don't get me wrong, there's still nothing quite like the feeling of a stamp block in your hand, but digis give you a versatility that you just don't {necessarily} get with stamps.  I printed this butterfly but before I did, I flipped it.  The stamp will have the butterfly body facing the left rather than the right.  I knew that I wanted to create a shaker card and was going to incorporate the egg images but I just couldn't wrap my mind around it.  So this is what I came up with.

I love the earth tones against the stark white elements. I also love the sepia tones of the butterfly.  Ta da - here's my shaker card.  I filled it with half back pearls, half back rhinestones and sequins.  I also picked up this jar of flowers on clearance at Michael's that had that cool hairpin in it.  I added the twine and glued it on.

Then shake it a bit to reveal it's message!  Cool right?  I love love love this!  Please head on over to the TMS blog and join us!
