Paper Pretties Monday

Good Morning!  Here we are, another week to begin and only 6 shopping days left to Christmas.  Are you last minute, like I am?  This year Christmas is rather slim, so there's not a lot of shopping to get done.  I am making something for my oldest son, which has been interesting to keep it hidden.

Well, anyway, let's talk about this week's challenge at Paper Pretties.  This week, we've got a color combo:

Red, White & Choice

My choice was just a splash of green.  I used one of Penny Duncan's Shaplies and then pierced holes around the frame and stitched with Baker's Twine.  I love this new image by ARTish.  Her name is Emalina, so darn cute!!

Supplies:
Image:  Emalina Elf
Card stock:  Neenah Classic Crest, Real Red
Copics:  E00, E02, E33, E34, R11, R27, R29, YG03, YG06, YG09
Tools:  Paper piercer, Cricut, SVG cut by Penny Duncan, SCAL, Cuttlebug, Christmas Tree embossing folder, silver gel pen
Embellishments:  Maraschino Baker's Twine, rhinestones

Oh my what an adorable elf! Love the coloring and the twine stitching. I don't sew buttons on clothes so sewing on cards is way beyond me!
