Delightful Challenge

Hi everyone!  Happy Thursday.  I hope you're doing well.  I had a little bit of a rough week, but life will go on.

This week's challenge at Digital Delights is a super easy one.... Add Ribbon!  That's only 97% of all cards created by us papercrafters!   Whoo-hoo!!

So here's what I created featuring Tea Time for Booboo.

I went with a fun color combination and someday, I will learn how to photograph purple and when that day comes - you'll see it's not black or blue!  LOL  And most people put orange and purple together only at Halloween, but I am here to prove it's not just for Halloween anymore.

I also used a great sketch from Sketches by Carly.  What a talented young lady!

Supplies:
Image: Tea Time for Booboo
Card stock: Neenah Classic Crest, Black, Orange (Bazzil), Lavender Lace (SU!)
Paper: unk (Michaels)
Copics: BV00, BV02, E30, E33, E53, R00, R11, Y11, YG03, YR04, YR16
Tools: circle cutters (CM), Scallop Circles Nesties
Embellishments: green satin ribbon, lavender satin ribbon, mulberry flowers, brads

Booboo bear is simply adorable, and I love your color choices. Thanks so much for joining us at Sketches by Carly.

Ques/tip: Do you use Photoshop or another editing software to brighten your photos or add a watermark before posting them on your blog? I sometimes play around with the saturation of my image to get the colors closer to real life (in the case of purples or pinks). In PhotoShop elements it is under the edit features. Hope that helps.

Hugs, Kelly
