Hi Everyone! I enjoyed a wonderful day off yesterday - even though I slept half of it. Oh well, I still got to enjoy the gorgeous weather and had some crafting time. I even went out and threw the football with Brendan for a few minutes.
I am super excited to have been able to play along with The Sweet Stop sketch, too. I really liked last week's sketch but wasn't able to squeeze in time to play, so I didn't want to miss out this week. I was given this newest Cocoa image as a thank you for being featured on Sweet n Sassy Digi blog. What an honor that was!
Isn't he cute?! Oh my gosh! That face makes me melt every time I look at him. The challenge for digi day over on SNR (or PCP) was to create a birthday card and as I said, the sketch is from The Sweet Stop.
Supplies:
Card Stock: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Real Red, Basic Black
Paper: Recollections
Copics: R27, R29, RV02, RV10, W-3, YG03, YG63
Tools: Martha Stewart border punch, 7/8" & 1" circle punches, zig-zag decorative edge scissors from Fiskars
Sentiment: Computer generated with Juice font
Embellishments: SU black brads
I had a great time making this card. I hope you like it, too. Thanks for stopping by!
