This week the challenge theme is Dog Days of Summer....
I've never really understood that expression, but Digital Delights by Looby Lou has some really super awesome summer digis that I'm sure will fit this challenge. Here's my card featuring Watermelon Time and Wicked Watermelon digi paper.
This doggie is pretty cute, so I figured he fit the dog days of summer theme. I love the digi papers, too. The colors are fabulous! And then I found this super duper ribbon in my stash - how perfect right? I did use the sketch from MTME Pretty Pattern for the layout.

OK, I couldn't stand it...I looked dog days up--it comes from an ancient belief that the heat was generated by the dog star's close proximity to the sun. Now, as for this card, I LOVE it! That watermelon paper is beautiful! I love the different shades of pink in it. Great coloring, as usual, girl!
