Delightful Challenges Thursday and Snowman Week - Day 5

Hi there!  Happy Thursday.  So glad we're on the downhill side to this week.  Only 13 shopping days to Christmas.  This is the last official day of my Snowman week but I think we might be visited by a frosty friend tomorrow which does kick off my 12 Days of Christmas and it's Thursday, so a brand new challenge at Delightful Challenges.

This week's theme....

Red and Green

So I started out using one image from one set, but then I went a different route with the Snowie set.  I just had to play with my new Silhouette Portrait... again.  What do you think?

I realize a snowman sitting with his skates on near a wreath doesn't really go... but I love it!  It's so woodsy and nature-y and he's just too cute!  I colored a little and paper pieced a little, then added some washi tape - super easy.  I will be putting a greeting between the two strips of washi, but I haven't decided on which one.

This view you can see all the sparkle on those berries.  Of course, you can also see my little boo-boo with his nose, but that's OK, too.
