Tuesday Morning Sketches #640

Hello and thank you for stopping by!  The latest revisited sketch is up, this week is Debbi's pick and she chose one of my sketches.

My card features a cut image from Lori Whitlock.  It's actually from one of her pop up box cards, but I just used the hot air balloon.  I also used some paper from Moda Scraps and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.  Don't look too close, this is what happens when you don't use your MISTI.

The sun and clouds were also in the same cut file.  These I cut from white card stock and using my i-Blender Brushes from i-Crafter I colored them.  The card came to together pretty easily, the only thing that took a few extra minutes was adhering each layer of paper on the balloon.  I think it turned out pretty nice.

Please head on over to the TMS blog and join us in the fun and leave some love for the team.

I love the peaceful organic-ish colors you used and the way you did your balloon layers!! I would have never noticed the stamp imperfection had you not pointed it out!! Silly us - I do that too! lol.

Melissa, You do realize that as soon as you say "don't look too close" everyone is going to look closer? Personally, I would describe it as a shadow that is really difficult to get just right. It's a very pretty card. Love the paper for the balloon. Hugs, Debi
