Tuesday Morning Sketches #671

Hello! Thank you for stopping by.  The latest sketch is up on Tuesday Morning Sketches and it's by Debbie.  It's a fun one, I think you're going to like using it.

My card features some dies from Spellbinders, Waffle Flower, sentiment stamp from Gina K and embossing folder from JoAnn's.  Before I start complaining, let me show you my card.

Now, for my complaint.  My mom ordered me the Total Package August monthly club for my birthday.  We bought it on 8/2.  It STILL hasn't been shipped.  Mind you, I did make this card a few days before posting.  I read on their site that they ship the monthly club by the end of the month.  Who wants strawberries on Sept 1st?  So I am mad.  Here's the summer kit (for the most part) that isn't here to make summer cards before summer is over.

But, when I ordered a couple of things from Waffle Flower, I got this little strawberry die as a thank you.  Well, I decided I probably had dies here that would allow me to copy the dies that will eventually be here.  I LOVE how this card turned out.  I am so happy and it was so fun.  So I turned my frown upside down!!

What is the lesson in this?  Look at your stuff already in your collection and make it new again!!

Now, please join us at Tuesday Morning Sketches - we'll see you there.

Love this! That is a fabulous die and I love that you mixed and matched a bunch of different companies on this!

Love those strawberries. It is always summer somewhere so we can have strawberries year round.

I sympathize with your shipping issue, but you certainly created a lovely card using what you had on hand. My favorite part is that little bit of gingham ribbon.

I love this! I'm such a sucker for strawberry images, but that background/embossing folder is awesome!
