I have an announcement to make...

Hi and Happy Friday! I know, I know - it is really Thursday, but it's my Friday and I am looking forward to a long weekend.

I have an announcement. Another one. I am very excited to share with you my news about my new challenge blog, but I have more great news. I got an email the other night from Lindsay of Lindsay's Stamp Stuff inviting me to be on her Design Team! I was thrilled to accept! So this is my first card with an AWESOME image!

This is such a super, clean & simple masculine card. I love this digi image. I resized the image 3 times so that I could get dimension from both size and color. I also used the new digi-paper from GinaK that is free to StampTV members. It's fabulous! I have a Bazzil look without having to run to the craft store! I colored the trees with Prismacolor Markers (Cinnamon Toast, Avocado and Light Olive). I debated on adding a bit of metal but decided to keep the card really clean-lined. What do you think?

Be sure to check out Lindsay's blog for all the other DT members that I promise I will get linked up here. Oh! And another really great announcement - Lindsay's having a sale. You get a free digi for every $5 you spend! What a deal!! This is for the entire month of July and there's a couple of new images!!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Welcome to the team, Melissa! LOVE this simple, manly card. I'm with some of the others - man cards are a little bit harder for me to do, but you pulled this one off perfectly!
