It's Monday!

Good Morning!  I hope you all had a great weekend.  I did despite that fact that I didn't get my exploration window shopping day.  The kids' dad caught a cold so he rescheduled to next week.

I actually have a really busy day ahead of me today, so I need to make this post short.  My monthly card traders group does 2 challenges a month, on the 1st and 15th.  So yesterday a new challenge was issued, which was to make corner bookmarks per this tutorial on SCS.  This was so fun to make!  I am going to make one more for my challenge partner - this size is 4 inches and is more appropriate for a hardback book, so I want to make a smaller one for paperback books.

I had made a similar type of bookmark some months back and sent it to my sister, who absolutely loved them.  I don't know what I did with the directions for that one, but I remember it was a little harder because the measurements were in metric and I had to convert.  This version was way easier.

Supplies:
Card Stock:  Neenah Classic Crest, Black, Pink Pirouette
Paper:  Digi Paper
Stamps/Ink:  Bloom (TSG), Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Copics:  RV000, RV02, RV10, Y15, Y17, YG00, YG03
Tools:  Mat and Paper Piercer (SU), Scallop Oval (Nestabilities), oval cutter (CM), Apron Lace border
  punch (Fiskars), Scor-Pal
Embellishments:  satin ribbon (Offray)

Thanks for stopping by today!  Have a great Monday!!
