Good Morning! Happy Labor Day! I do hope you're enjoying this nice long weekend.
Deedee has another fun sketch on her blog Crafting with Deedee's Digis. Its a great sketch! I had a lot of fun making this card, but it made me sad, too. Now that Labor Day is here, that's the sure sign (according to the calendar) that fall is just around the corner. I am really going to miss Autumn in West Virginia. It's gorgeous! The colors are so brilliant and I love the days of warm weather with cool, crisp nights.
I did have a little trouble with the dimensions of the sketch when I created this card. I didn't want to make a square card - they're not so easy to mail, in my opinion. So in creating a standard A2 card, the dimensions had to be changed a bit. I do love the way this card turned out. The brilliant colors of fall and a happy scarecrow from the Sunshine & Sunflowers set are here.

Oh Melissa I so love how you coloured this sweet little one. I love the dark blue and yellow added to the orange. Such a wonderful fall rainbow of colours! Lol! Your take on the sketch is great and now that I have seen yours I need to get this one too. Thanks for the push! Hugs!
