Tuesday Morning Sketches #141

Good Morning!  Happy Tuesday!  I am so happy to be back this week - the swelling is better and I've learned that I really have to stop dehydrating myself so badly.  It's so hard to drink water all day and be tied to a phone.  I have to figure out my balance.

Well, let's talk about Tuesday Morning Sketches.  This week we're sponsored by Digital Delights - a company near and dear to my heart.  * giggle *   We have a fun sketch... by me.  And it's the Judged Challenge week so we've got an added twist.  Think Spring!

I wasn't sure how I felt about this card when I finished it, but the more I look at the more I like it.  It's so cute and I like the scene I created with rubber stamps from MTME.  Lara the Ladybug is one of my favorite characters from Digital Delights and epitomizes Spring.

Supplies:
Image: Lara Ladybug Topper
Stamps: Sensational Stemp (MTME), Pond Pals (SNSS)
Ink: Soft Sky, Going Grey, Lady Bug, Dandelion, Pear Tart, Cottage Ivy
Card stock: Neenah Classic Crest, Black
Paper: Polka Dot digi paper
Tools: White gel pen (Signo Uniball)

Goodness me. Melissa, she's a real cutie! The background is great and I love her paper pieced outfit. The smile on her face is just so precious...I guess she's happy that Spring is here. One of her relatives was in my bedroom yesterday.
