Tuesday Morning Sketches 1st Birthday! Week 2

Good Morning!!  I am so sorry that I missed posting yesterday.  I had company over the weekend and then my boys went to their aunt's house (5 hours away) and I have my niece here with me and Hollyanne so the only thing I've gotten done are the "future" posts and had nothing to share with you yesterday.

On to today's card share.  I have two of them actually.  It's Tuesday, so there's another edition to the birthday month for Tuesday Morning Sketches and its also my day to post for Deedee's Digis, so here we go...

I am so pleased with this card!  I love how it turned out.

Supplies:
Image:  Wishing You Well
Card Stock:  Neenah Classic Crest, Handsome Hunter
Paper:  Digi paper from A Cherry On Top
Copics:  B000, B02, E33, E37, E53, E57, G02, G05, R00, R02, W-3, YG00, YG03, YG63, YG67, YR16
Tools:  CM oval cutters, Clouds scissors (Fiskars)
Embellishments:  Flowers (Recollections), brads (American Crafts), twill (my stash)

The next card I have to share I made for my Tuesday Morning Sketches blog.  When I was drifting off to sleep the other night, I was thinking about how I wanted to do this card.  You see, earlier in the day I was filing through my card stock and found a file folder that had sepia vellum in it that my sister Karin sent me a long time ago.  So while thinking about the card all I could think was sepia tones.  Here's what I came up with...

I really like how this card turned out.  I still probably have a little more pink in than I wanted, but I think it turned out really well.  I am particularly very proud of my flowers.  I made those all by myself!  *snicker*

These are made with the sepia vellum I was telling you about.  They were really simple, just took a lot of patience to glue them together.

Supplies:
Image:  Inktegrity
Card Stock:  Neenah Classic Crest, Close to Cocoa
Paper:  Classic K Bailey (K & Company)
Copics:  E00, E02, E04, E33, E37, E53, R00, R02, YR16, YR20
Tools:  CM oval cutters, 1", 7/8", 3/4" circle punches
Embellishments:  Organdy ribbon (Offray), Pearls (Recollections)

For both cards I used sketch TMS #51.  I hope you head on over to TMS and join us this week.  Also, Crafting with Deedee's Digis has a rockin' sketch posted for this week's Happy Monday challenge.  I hope to see you in both places!  Have a super day!!

Fun cards, Melissa, and they show how versatile your sketches are -- I had to go back and look twice to confirm it was the same sketch! Awesome cloud background on the first card and the sepia vellum flowers are gorgeous; I'm inspired by all your techniques!!

Two fabulous cards! It's so neat how you used the same sketch and made two totally different cards. The first is so sweet and whimsical, and the second is very elegant. Beautiful! Hugs, Deedee
