Tuesday Morning Sketches #578

Hello!  Thank you so much for your visit.  I am so happy that you're here.  The latest sketch is up at Tuesday Morning Sketches and it's a nice one.  I love the many ways one can do color blocking.  This sketch is a good one to use up scraps.

My card features elements from a pop up box card by Lori Whitlock.   It's call Fall Fox.  The paper is digital paper by Echo Park, Fall #2 that I found on Snap Click Supply.  I love Echo Park papers but they aren't so readily available in my area, so I do love being able to print them.  I am not one to keep scraps around much, they make me crazy.  The sentiment, the 'happy' is from a set by Simon Says Stamp and the 'thoughts' is from a set by Concord & 9th.  I did make one just plain and found that to be flat so inking all the edges with Walnut Stain Distress ink really made this pop.

I did do one of the blocks wrong per the sketch, but that's okay, it still basically worked.  Isn't this cute?!  I love how this turned out.

I do hope you'll join us with this fun little challenge.  Please hop on over to the blog and leave some love for the team, too.

This is reallly REALLY cute Melissa - that Fox is so adorable!! The papers are great too, I can’t believe I live so close to Echo Park Paper and I’ve never been! I guess because we have a cute little store nearby that I love that has most all EP stuff along with many others. True addicts we are aren’t we??

Really cute card! Love that Fox! Your blocks may be goofy but at least you didn't glue your card front on upside down like I did! Hugs, Debi
