Hello! Thank you for stopping by. The latest sketch is up at Tuesday Morning Sketches. This one is by Debbie and I really enjoyed making my card with this sketch.
My card features Build a Birdhouse Summer and Tweet Sentiments stamp set from Spellbinders and background stamp from Hero Arts.
For the sand I used fine grit sandpaper from the dollar store. I did ink it up a little. The starfish and shell I also inked up to color. This was such an easy card to put together so much fun. You'd never know this was supposed to be a birdhouse. My son said I should have put a lightbulb in it. Now that would be cool to make this an interactive card that did light up!

Great idea using the birdhouse to make a lighthouse. Like the way you used real sandpaper for the beach.
Isn't it great to find alternative uses for a stamp? Fab idea. And sandpaper is perfect for the beach. Very creative card. Hugs, Debi
