Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend - I sure did. It was a much needed break from work. I didn't even have to cook the whole weekend. How cool is that?!
So let's jump into the 1st post of the day. Love to Create Challenge #12 is an Anything Goes challenge that is sponsored by Robyn's Fetish. You know that I am not a big fan of Anything Goes because its not much of a challenge unless you challenge yourself. I did just that. This time I created a card holder and matching cards....
So I found this Card Pouch tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers - very cute! I love how this turned out. The strawberry image is perfect to pair up with black and kraft.
Open it and inside there are 4 matching cards. I used a sketch from The Sweet Stop (SSS#97) to create the cards. I am also playing along with Crazy 4 Challenges to use black to make it pop. There She Goes is sponsoring that challenge so I used sentments from TSG's Sweet Pea set.
I hope you play along with us this week - I'm sure many will!
Supplies:
Image: Strawberry Delight (Robyn's Fetish)
Card stock: Neenah Classic Crest, Black, Kraft
Paper: B/W Gingham digi paper (ACOT)
Copics: C-5, C-7, E30, R27, R29, Y11, YG63, YG67
Tools: circle cutters (CM), Scallop circle Nesties, white gel pen, word window punch
Ink: Tuxedo Black, London Fog (Memento)
Stamps: Sentiments from Sweet Pea set (TSG)

Love to Create #11
Hello Friends. I hope you all had a great weekend. I was sick most of the weekend - I got hit with a headache Saturday morning that made me sick to my stomach. Not a way I wanted to spend the weekend. I still managed to push through it and got some cards done, did my shopping but didn't clean - so nobody surprise me with a visit, OK?
This week's challenge at Love to Create is about friendships. One of life's most important relationships. So this is the card I created to celebrate that relationship. We do have a sketch to play with, too, it's optional but I urge you to use it - you'll love it.
This card features a Molly calendar image which are some of my favorite images! I have a couple of others, I would love them all. Stamp Fairy images are so wonderful, Gerda draws the sweetest images.
Supplies:
Image: Calendar Molly
Card stock: Neenah Classic Crest, Mellow Moss, Bashful Blue, Blush Blossom
Paper: Cool Escape digi paper pack (MTME), Spring Flowers (SU!)

Love to Create #10
Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. I did - it was crafty, it was spent with my daughter and the weather was wonderful!
Friday nights I usually am just too tired to play at my craft table, but this Friday night I played at my table because my afternoon was scheduled for my daughter's birthday beauty day. So I actually got two of my cards done. The first one I got done is this one for Love to Create. This week we're sponsored by Sassy Design Studio and we're making birthday cards.
I love how my card turned out! My oldest son said I colored her perfectly - he said for a "cartoon, she's hot!" LOL I really had a lot of coloring her and really enjoyed getting this card put together. I picked up black & white digi paper pack for free awhile back. Here's what's cool about this. You can print it onto any color paper that will go thru your printer. I printed the diamond paper onto Bazzil card stock and I LOVE the results. Then I printed the dots on white card stock and then drew a box over an area to have a plain spot to stamp my sentiment.
My card is created using a grrreat sketch from The DeConstructed Sketch. For the scalloped element for the sketch, I added a metallic wired edged ribbon.
I hope you like this and it inspires you to play along.
Supplies:

Card stock: Neenah Classic Crest, Blue (Bazzil Basics), Black
Paper: Black & White digi paper (ACOT)

Tools: Paper piercer & mat
Stamps/Ink: Year Round Puns (PTI), Tuxedo Black (Memento)

Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine didn't go according to my plans - I really wanted lots of crafting time yesterday and I ended up not getting much done at all. So be sure to come back in about an hour to see my other card.

Love to Create Challenge #8
Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was good. My Saturday was so productive. I got up early, I made 5 cards, got my grocery shopping done, colored my hair and just had a good day. Sunday, I worked on that album all day. Not going to say too much about it - I can't wait to share it with you though.
So let's talk about Love to Create. Wow!! There were a lot of people that linked up their cards and projects last week. I hope we have just as many players this week. This week's challenge is sponsored by Michelle's Scrapbooking & More.
Michelle's Scrapbooking & More is home to The Pixie Cottage stamps. In addition to our stamp line we carry many other popular lines of stamps, Copic Markers, Spellbinders, punches, paper and more.
This week our theme is Men/Boy cards. But there's an added twist. We have an optional sketch. Here's my card:
Let me show you what the actual sketch looks like....
Again, I'd like to ask you to challenge yourself. Don't just merely throw an image of a man or boy on your card and link it up. Try the sketch, too. Have fun with this.

Love to Create Challenge #4
Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was very busy and on top of it all I got hit with something. I don't want to all it a head cold, but I don't feel sick. I just haven't been able to breathe in and out of my nose. Not fun! So because breathing seems to be an important function in life, it's been very difficult to rest lately. Love to Create Challenge #1
Good morning! Thanks for visiting for the very first challenge for the newest challenge blog on the block. Love to Create. This is going to be a fun challenge blog with sketches, inspirations and great sponsors. Bugaboo is sponsoring this first challenge and will be a regular.

I created this embellishment myself. I crocheted the flower and then added the button. It was a little hard to stamp on the button because the surface was slightly rounded. But gotta love Staz On, I was able to add the sentiment fairly well.
Here's the sketch....
I do hope you'll play along with us. It'll be fun!
