Hello Everyone,
Have you caught the excitement that has been brewing over at Soft Pencil. I actually was really bad - I completely forgot to post the little picture in my sidebar to share with you about the blog hop. But I hope I am redeemed this week.
If you arrived here from Monica's blog, you're on the right track. If not, go to Soft Pencil's blog for a complete list of blog hoppers.
Here's what Elizabeth had to say on her blog....
We are celebrating the first year of my characters, the Tinytwinies™, the first year of Softpencil Studios relaunching, and my 10th. anniversary as a professional artist! I can´t believe it! ten years has passed since I decided to take this wonderful journey. Thank you very much to be a part of it! ♥
We´ll also celebrate I´ve just opened my own shop where all my products will be available: digi-stamps (yes, they´re back!), clear stamps, stickers, rub-ons, kits for card making, scrapbooking and paper crafting (they´ll be available on the upcoming weeks) and many more products coming soon!
I want to thank a lot to every of the blogs that are participating, thank you so much!!! they´re 50 so we had to organize 3 different blog hops. As you see on the image the first one will run from April 10 to April 15, the second one will run from April 15 to 20 and the third one, from April 20 to 25. And there will be many prizes to hop on each one!
And here's what I created for the blog hop and my sentiment to Elizabeth, Soft Pencil and the Soft Pencil team.....
I chose the Growing Flowers in Pots image. I just love the bunny peeking out of the pots. So sweet! I also wanted to carry that garden theme throughout, so I tried to create a trellis, but I didn't have the right leaves punch, but I still am please with the results.
I did get a little help from my friend Joni's blog - Raise the Bar. There is a great and super easy sketch on her blog this week.
Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop. The next stop is Carole's blog.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #50
Good Morning! I feel like I've fallen off the face of the blogland earth! I've really missed our daily visits but things aren't going to be much different until after we get moved and settled in our new home. The children and I have very mixed feelings about this move but we are trying to stay positive and look at it as a new adventure.
I have a really fun challenge over at Tuesday Morning Sketches and this week is a Judged Challenge, so there is some extra added fun. This week we're making step ladder cards. Head on over to my challenge blog for tutorials and plenty of inspiration from the design team. But first, here's my card.
I followed the tutorial by Dawn of Dawn's Stamping Thoughts. I modified it a little. In her video she adds 3/4" side panels only - I like the whole card to be dressed, so I cut a piece of fun paper to 4" x 5 1/4" and then on the back side I drew lines to create the 3/4" side panels and 1" bottom panel and then cut out the center part. Fits great! I also found that if I cut the center panel (focal point) 1/16" smaller then her directions, the card moves a little easier.
Supplies:
Card Stock: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Black, Pretty In Pink
Paper: Me & My Big Ideas
Digi Stamps: Soft Pencil
Stamps & Ink: Wishing You (TAC), Memento Tuxedo Black
Embellishments: Ribbon (Me & My Big Ideas)
Now head on over to Tuesday Morning Sketches and thank you so much for stopping by!

Welcome to the Soft Pencil Customer Blog Hop!
Good Afternoon! I am so glad that you are here for the Soft Pencil Anniversary (Customer) Blog Hop! If you arrived here from Piali's blog then you're on the right track! If you just happened to come to my blog for my Lindsay's Stamp Stuff post (click here) or just came to visit and want to join the Soft Pencil fun, click on the Soft Pencil link above to start at the beginning. You are sure to see lots and lots of treats and inspiration.
Sticking my with orange theme of the week and using the great sketch from Cards & Things Challenges and Digital Tuesday Challenge Cute People, this is the card I came up with...
At this angle of the card you can see the flowers I made (thanks to my friend Joni's instructions - you're right, the were easy!) and all the glitter over her wings.
Supplies:
Card Stock: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Lavender Lace, Pumpkin Pie
Paper: Little Yellow Bicycle Zinnia
Copics: BV00, BV02, E00, E02, E29, E57, YR16, YR20
Tools: CM Oval cutter, Scallop Oval Nestabilities, SU! Scallop border punch, circle punches
Embellishements: Organdy ribbon, Doodlebug Sugared Brads, Stickles (Diamond)
This picture is show you front view of the flowers I made. I tried to add Stickles to the edges, but I think my card stock was still a little to wet for it to spread better.
I hope you enjoyed my card for the blog hop. Your next stop is Larissa. Have fun!!
